We charge a service call to go to your home and diagnose your appliance. If you approve the repair, that fee goes towards the part and labor. Pricing depends on the appliance type, parts, and labor — and you’ll always receive an upfront estimate before we begin.

4. Do you charge for a service call if I decide not to repair?
If you choose not to move forward with the repair, only the service call is due. There are no hidden fees.

5. Are your technicians licensed and insured?
Absolutely. All of our technicians are licensed, insured, and factory-trained to work on all major appliance brands including Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, GE, Maytag, Frigidaire, Amana, and more.
